ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effects of dezocine combined with sufentanil on continuous epidural analgesia after cesarean section.Methods:Eighty-six pregnant women who were scheduled for cesarean section in Guoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to December 2021 were included in this randomized controlled study. These women were divided into an observation group and a control group ( n = 43/group). The women in the observation group underwent epidural analgesia with dizocine, sufentanil, and ropivacaine, while those in the control group underwent epidural analgesia with dizocine and ropivacaine. The visual analogue score, Ramsay sedation score, Bruggrmann comfort scale score, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:At 4, 8, 12, 24 hours after surgery, the visual analogue score (VAS) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( t = 2.34, 5.89, 15.36, 16.23, all P < 0.05). At 4, 8, 12, and 24 hours after surgery, Ramsay sedation score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( t = -6.31, -7.64, -7.49, -7.41, all P < 0.001). At 4, 8, 12, and 24 hours after surgery, Bruggrmann comfort scale score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( t = -7.60, -10.40, -14.53, -13.80, all P < 0.001). There was a significant difference in the number of effective analgesic pump compressions between the observation and control groups [(3.00 ± 1.41) times vs. (7.23 ± 1.31) times, t = 14.42, P < 0.001]. No adverse reactions were observed in the observation group within 24 hours after surgery. Conclusion:Dezocine combined with sufentanil for epidural analgesia can effectively improve the analgesic effects after cesarean section and is highly safe.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human endostatin(Endostar)combined with platium-contained chemotherapeutic agents in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients over 60 years old.Methods:93 advanced NSCLC patients from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients received three days of continuous intravenous infusion of Endostar(210 mg for 72 hours)combined with platinum-containing chemotherapy. The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version1.1 and National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events(NCI-CTCAE version 4.0), respectively.Follow-up data were obtained to perform the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. Results:In our study, the objective remission rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)were 38.7% and 78.5%, respectively. The median progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were 6.8 months and 16.5 months, respectively.A Multivariate analysis showed that tumor staging and TP53 mutation were independent prognostic factors related to PFS and OS in advanced NSCLC patients.Adverse reactions related to Endostar during treatment included arrhythmia in 2 cases(2.2%), myocardial ischemia in 1 case(1.07%)and bloody sputum in 1 case(1.07%), all of which were Grade 1 or Grade 2.Conclusions:The application of three days continuous intravenous infusion of Endostar combined with platium-contained chemotherapeutic agents is worthy to be recommended for clinical application in elderly patients with advanced NSCLC due to its high effective rate and survival advantage, as well as good safety.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To evaluated the application of General Provisions of Safety and Health for Writing Boards(GB 28231-2011), and to provide basis for the revision and improvement of the standard.@*Methods@#From June to October 2018, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 852 people engaged in the evaluation, use and production of writing boards in 8 districts of Beijing, Liaoning and Jiangsu. The contents of the survey include the awareness, implementation of the standard and evaluating the use of various parameters in the standard by personnel from different institutions.@*Results@#The overall awareness ratio of the standard among staffs from health, education and enter prise was 78.26%. For the nominal size of the writing board and the vertical distance between the lower edge and the platform, the reasonableness considered lower by health professionals(62.50%, 37.50%) than that of education professionals(90.00%, 90.00%) and enterprise staffs(90.00%, 90.00%)(P<0.05); For the frequency and reasonableness of the nine parameters such as gloss and adhesion, the perception of each institution were significantly different(P<0.05), with proportion of professionals in health lower than experts in education and enterprise. For the two parameters of color and light resistance, each institution considered the maneuverability was not strong(P>0.05).@*Conclusion@#Propagation and implement is still needed to strengthen comprehension, because different institutions have different understandings towards the standard. There are still some problems waiting to be solved, such as different standard limits, poor enforceability of two parameters which are writing board color and light resistance.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To understand the sanitation status of teaching environment of schools in Beijing, and to provide basis for school environmental improvement through monitoring it.@*Methods@#In 2019, 661 primary and secondary schools were selected according to the coverage rate of 50% of all schools. Two classrooms were randomly selected from each school for testing, 1 322 classrooms were monitored. The testing contents included per capita area of the classroom, rate of correct desks-chairs adjusting for school height, blackboard size, reflection ratio of blackboard, illumination, carbon dioxide and noise.@*Results@#The qualified rate of noise(92.3%), per capita area(86.5%), blackboard size (85.6%) and illumination uniformity of table top (83.4%) were higher than 80%, while the qualified rate of other indexes were lower than 80%. In 2019, the qualified rate of blackboard size, blackboard average illuminance and blackboard illuminance uniformity were higher than 2018 year(85.6%, 52.7%, 36.2%; 81.9%, 42.7%, 31.7%)(χ2=10.97, 7.80, 5.90, P<0.05), while the noise (92.3%) was lower than 2018 year(98.3%)(χ2=70.82, P<0.05). Both classroom and blackboard, the average illuminance and evenness of the desk and blackboard installed with LED light were higher than those installed with fluorescent lights.@*Conclusion@#Teaching environment monitoring in Beijing is not optimistic. It is necessary to strengthen the promotion and evaluation of standards, and the classroom environment needs to be further improved.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of clinical pharmacist interventions on the rational use of antibiot-ics.Methods 1 000 hospitalized patients before the implementation of intervention in April 2012 to April 2013 (control group)and the other 1 000 cases of hospitalized patients in May 2013 to May 2014 after the implementation of the intervention (study group)were selected, the antibiotics use rate, hospitalization time and cost, cost of using antibacterial drugs were compared between the two groups. Results The antibiotics use rate of the study group was 56.0%(560/1 000),significantly lower than 78%(780/1 000)of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups(χ2 =11.089,P=0.032),the hospitalization time, cost of using antibacterial drugs of the study group were (12.6 ±0.8)days,(912.2 ±13.2)yuan,significantly better than (16.9 ±0.7)days,(1 528.1 ± 32.5)yuan of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (t=9.892,10.142,P=0.028, 0.014);The two groups of hospitalization expenses showed no statistical significance (t =4.984,P =0.072 ). Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention has a positive effect on the application of antibacterial drugs, which can significantly reduce the use of antimicrobial drugs and reduce the hospitalization days.
